We had a problem. But it became an opportunity to try something different!

We mistakenly kept cream cheese in the freezer which affects the texture of our cheese cake (the cake couldn’t hold itself).

We know we couldn’t throw the frozen cheese away JUST because it can’t become a cheesecake anymore. So we came up with another way of using the cheese by making it a topping for our brownies!

It was a HIT!

Problem solved!

For our Christmas menu this year, we made APPLE PIES 🥧!

It tasted perfect even though the Granny Smith apples were slightly bruised because they were gonna be cooked down and caramelised anyway.

They were supposed to be showcased overseas as a Malaysian favourite, however due to some logistic issues, the satay never reached its final destination.
